Shipping Costs

International Deliveries and Additional Charges
For deliveries outside of the European Union, additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, and bank fees may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, customs clearance fees, or similar charges levied by shipping service providers.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins 14 days from the day the goods are delivered.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Returns Process
Please contact us before returning any products. Returns will only be accepted through our approved couriers. Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will issue a refund or arrange for an exchange, depending on your preference.
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately at sr@nichestory.eu. Do not dispose of any items before contacting us.
Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
-Perishable goods or those with a quickly expiring shelf life.
-Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been broken after delivery.
