Description
Inside a tent in the desert, Khan sits alone. The heat is dry, his sabre rests across his knees, and the scent of cardamom rice rises softly in the air. A young woman serves him, but his eyes are distant. He’s far from the palace now — yet part of him still breathes its air.
Prison Blues tells the story of a luxurious captivity — the kind that lingers long after escape. A fragrance of contrast: freedom and confinement, earth and opulence, longing and release.
It opens with heat: cardamom, pink pepper, and black pepper ignite the senses, sharp and spiced. Then come the walls of the palace — frankincense, cedarwood, and geranium, lifted straight from the governor’s chambers and his wife’s perfumed silk.
The base is rich and enveloping. Labdanum, oud, musk, and patchouli settle slowly, echoing the scent of stone, fabric, and incense left behind. Warm, resinous, and unforgettable.
