Percival

Percival is a modern and noble perfume, whose name conjures up the mythical thoroughbreds of the “Haras de France”.

It is subtly balanced with citric and aromatic notes on a woody basis. This latest sprout from Parfums de Marly exudes a fresh, sensual and noble fragrance that will be remembered for a long time. Under the top notes are fragrances of bergamot and mandarin, which are refined by aromatic nuances to give a unique combination. The middle notes, which give Percival character and depth, rise in a mixture of natural jasmine, violet and geranium. This trio also combines lavender, coriander and cinnamon. Musk melts on the skin with pepper and pine balm. To add emphasis to these notes, woody spices are also revealed in the base.

The selection of fragrance notes includes incomparable molecules from Maison Firmenich such as Clearwood, a new stylistic device in the range of perfumers that enables those new methods. This way they can work better with the woody character of patchouli, with Hedione, which is so typical of the olfactory signature of Parfums de Marly, and Ambrox, which gives Percival exceptional strength and a unique texture.
