Noble Isle sources its natural barley malt extract from the excellent Balvenie Distillery in Dufftown. This distillery is one of the few that still harvests and paints its own barley malt. This is the only way they can produce their exclusive, hand-made single malt Scotch whiskey, which is known for its smooth and sweet complexity.
