Realist

Description

Realist is a scent shaped by ritual and solitude. Inspired by ancient Japanese incense ceremonies, it follows a monk’s journey up the mountainside — moving through cold air, moonlight, and rising sun. It captures the stillness before thought, the scent of sacred simplicity, and the transformation from night to day.

The opening is bright and precise: yuzu, bergamot, and lemon, sharpened with a quiet bite of pepper. It’s crisp like morning air brushing over skin — clear, cool, and full of space.

As the scent unfolds, marine notes, cedarwood, and black tea add subtle depth. Rose and petitgrain flicker in and out — not floral, but calm and focused, like steam rising from a bowl of water in a quiet room.

The base is rooted and smooth. Hinoki wood, vetiver, and amber wrap around soft incense and everlasting flower. The dry-down is grounding — clean, dry, and reflective.
